Read the book. It pretty much tells you to just live your life and not do any manifestations or affirmations. This really could have been boiled down to about 2 or 3 pages of information. Aside from that the author clearly has two examples of using this form of manifestation. One involves moving furniture and the other is just cleaning his house. I feel refreshed and renewed after reading this book. There are so many books on Law of Attraction and manifesting, but this one is truly different. This is about developing a strong foundation so that your manifestations can come easily. It won't give you step by step instructions for making a million dollars or finding someone to share your life with. It's even better! It's a book that helps you see how you truly have the power to create the life you want by letting go of things that don't serve your wishes and embracing the "knowing" that you are a powerful creator of how you want your life to play out. I came away feeling a profound peace that my life is about to change, because I now have a strong foundation for creating MY life exactly as I want it to be by letting go of the past to make room for the here and now, and looking forward to what I intend to create for my future by letting go of my past.
